Payment Information

All Payments are made by online credit card, bank card or paypal. We currently accept the following credit card types; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping Information

Shipping will be by USPS at a flat rate of $5.95 (so, if you purchase one item or ten items, the shipping will be $5.95) inside the United States.  All International Orders pay $24.95 flat fee shipping. 

SmartThingz™ Return Policy

Returns must occur within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable and there is a 15% handling fee for all returns.  FitFlax™ is non-returnable.

SmartToes™ Lifetime Guarantee Policy 

SmartToes™ have a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. A replacement pair will be sent to you once we have received your original pair with $5.95 shipping & handling.
