Here's how you do it:
Lie face up on mat with your legs extended over your hips and your arms overhead. lean up, reaching hands toward feet.
Keeping legs straight, bring your arms back overhead as you lower your upper back and left leg toward floor
Lean up, lifting your left leg over your hips and reaching hands to toes. Switch legs; repeat. Do twenty reps, alternating sides.
