Here's how you do it:
- Stand on your knees with your toes tucked, knees underneath your hips.
- Rest your hands about a foot or so behind you and press your left knee toward the floor, feeling a stretch in your left thigh and toes.
- Hold for ten to fifteen seconds, then switch sides.
