Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges without a return authorization number. For an authorization number, please email your request to: info@smartthingz.com

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.  Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.
